Our enchilada family meal comes with 12 sweet potato, sautéed spinach and calabacita filled enchiladas, shredded organic iceberg lettuce, and vegan cashew crema.
These enchiladas are refrigerated and come with oven-ready instructions to bake at home.
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees and place covered platter of enchiladas in the oven for 20-25 minutes until simmering hot. If desired, uncover the enchiladas the last five minutes.
Note: These enchiladas can be cut in half and served for entertaining.
